New email management tool for MARSC

At last you can use MARSC to write and send emails to a newly produced sample list of names.

We are proud to introduce a new email management tool to the MARSC product range. Simple to use, this new module for MARSC, can be driven from the MARSC Sample Manager to create HTML or plain text emails with a link to a new survey.

This email tool can also:

• Include a number of merge fields

• Create and store templates

• Allow job prioritisation and scheduling

• Allows sending of test emails

The new email management tool can also manage bounce-backs and act on undelivered emails. It simply identifies the original recipient and updates their contact history in MARSC.  This acts as an automatic data cleaning exercise every time you run an online survey.
